PARATRIPS!

FLY BRAZIL!!! - This trip is open to pilots with P-2 skills or more (minimum 50 flight required for P2).

Wives pilots and girlfriends are welcome (paying the some price).

Fly High Paragliding School desire to ensure that visiting pilots experience the wonders of Brazil on the ground and in the air. We understand that your time is precious; we appreciate that and want your visit to Brazil to be a most memorable one

We are going to spend 3 days in Rio de Janeiro

And 4 days in GV ( Governador Valadares) cross country paradise fly site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Rates

Per pilot USD $ 1500.00 maximum 8 pilots, hurry SPACES FILLING FAST!!! Small group to maximize air time and reduce waiting time. Inclusive:

  • Airport pick up and transfer to hotel
  • Comfortable secure accommodation with ac, TV, frig, phone, wireless Internet
  • Snacks and refreshments
  • Portuguese language guide (USPHA instructor), emergence response procedure and contacts
  • Ground transportation to and from launch sites
  • Retrieval from cross country

Not Included:

  • Meals, budget approx. USD 10.00 for a quality meal
  • International paragliding insurance, compulsory
  • Air fair to and from Brazil and bus ticket to GV, very comfortable bus with TV, ac, and reclined seat
  • Additional request non-flying activities

ParaTrips

Throughout the year, Fly High Paragliding Schooloffers Para trips to Brazil Costa Rica and Guatemala for pilots from novice to advanced levels. Previous trips have included Rio de Janeiro , GV, in Brazil. Feel free to email us regarding upcoming trips.

The Fly High Paragliding School is designed for the experienced pilots, intermediate and advanced who is proficient at, or has interest in quality XC flying. Novice pilots are welcome, however must be accompanied by Fly High Paragliding School qualified instructor.

All pilots are expected to bring a complete set of equipment. Back protection, emergency parachute,radio, helmet, and good boots are MANDATORY.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The official language in Brazil is Portuguese.

Exchange: The Real (R$) is the Brazilian currency, and it’s exchange rate to USD is now between R$ 1.75 to R$ 2.00.

Citizens from United States, CanadaAustralia and New Zealand DO REQUIRE A VISA to enter in Brazil.

A visa can be obtained from a Brazilian embassy or consulate. Visas are not applied in person anymore .you must mail, if you use a visa service it can be done as fast as a week costs total about $100 without an expedite service.
